Nina specialises in immigration law with nearly 10 years of experience in this area. She helps businesses and individual clients navigate the complexities of the UK immigration system.
At present in light of the Brexit negotiations, Nina is working closely with many of her EEA national clients to secure permanent residency in the UK under European law and going on to successfully assist with British citizenship applications. Nina also has extensive experience owning retail businesses and managing residential/commercial property. Therefore she has developed a particular interest in preparing cases under the points-based system, in particular entrepreneur and investor applications, sponsorship licensing matters and advising companies employing non-EEA nationals. Her diverse practice also includes entry clearance, in-country applications and appeals under the UK Immigration Rules.
Nina has supervisor status and is a senior member of the Law Society’s Immigration Asylum Accreditation Scheme. She is also a regulated member of the Office of Immigration Services Commissioner at level 3.
Nina is a former supervising counsellor at the Immigration Advisory Service acting as an advocate in the First tier and Upper Tribunals dealing with immigration, asylum and nationality law. She trained, recruited and developed her team of advisers, paralegals and counsellors.
